I’m fortunate to work at PC Help Services today because I had previously worked with the owner Jason at his other business, Indy Blinds N’ Shades. I’m so happy to work here because it’s such a great family-oriented environment, and it has that great personal touch that comes with a small business.
I’m especially good at managing my work schedule to better service my clients in a time-efficient manner. Many of my clients say that I’m detailed oriented and a good communicator, which I’ve found are important parts of serving the client’s interests properly. I’m passionate about this line of work because I’m able to directly assist people and solve their problems for them, which I find is a lot more enjoyable than other less personal forms of support.
After nearly five years with this company, I’ve really come to appreciate the faith our customers have in us. Even something as simple as a customer telling me “I come back to you guys because I know I can trust you”; that’s how I know I’m a part of something truly beneficial.
When I’m not working with PC Help, I spend time with family and friends. I very much enjoy the outdoors, exploring new places, and I’m a “foodie” as well.
Overall a great experience. Everyone I worked with was very friendly. They committed to get the diagnostic done and get back to me the next day. They did exactly that. They were able to find the problem and were very understanding and friendly when I told them I could replace the failed part myself.”
